Step 1

Client Consultation, Fact Gathering and Assessment, Study Options, Devise Strategy and Plan Approach
CLIENT’S ACTION
Provide EES with all needed information, facts, goals, supporting documents, pictures etc.
TIME FRAME
One to two business days depending on time availability of both parties.
Step 2
OUR ACTION
Evidence and RTDRS Application Preparation

One to three business days (subject to the matter’s complexity)
Step 3
OUR ACTION
File Application at RTDRS and Obtain Hearing Date
CLIENT’S ACTION

Hearing Date is usually five to fifteen days from filing depending on availability
Step 4
OUR ACTION
Serve Tenant(s)s with filed Notice of Hearing, Hearing Application & Evidence. Fill and file Affidavit of Service.

Tenant to be served no later than 24 hours before hearing. Rules of Service apply.
Step 5
OUR ACTION
Represent Landlord at the Hearing. Normally receive a Court order and a Judgment at end of hearing.

Most Hearings are concluded within 15 minutes although 30 minutes are allotted.

Should the Tenant decide to defy the Court Order, the Enforcement process may need to be enacted. Notice of Default / Affidavit of Service / Civil Enforcement (Bailiff) Coordination is the next step in securing your property.
