We were so happy with Don and his services. Our tenant from hell has been gone almost a month thanks to him and his efficient kindness and words of wisdom. I highly advise anyone renting their basement suite get ring camera's to be able to document and have evidence of bad things going down. Also save any texts or emails from your tenant that can be used as evidence of wrong doings happening on your property. Document everything! Can't thank Don and his team enough for getting the people that were terrorising us, out of our basement suite. Well worth the money spent, and it really was not at all unreasonable in any way. We would definitely rehire without hesitation if the need ever came about again. At this point though, our suite will remain empty after this last experience.
