Called for information to assist me on a matter I had in the RTDRS against my former landlord. Found Don, the owner to be very professional and informative. He was very helpful with answering some questions that being a self litigant I needed to find some answers to clarify some procedures (for myself etc) that had me uncertain whether to continue or withdraw my claim. I took his advice and won my case self represented against a slumlord and grateful I didn’t withdraw. Thanks for your time and formal experiences you shared and giving me the little confidence boost I needed. Tenants actually can win in the RTDRS I was amazed actually! We were so happy with Don and his services.  Our tenant from hell has been gone almost a month thanks to him and his efficient kindness and words of wisdom.  I highly advise anyone renting their basement suite get ring camera's to be able to document and have evidence of bad things going down.  Also save any texts or emails from your tenant that can be used as evidence of wrong doings happening on your property. Document everything!
Can't thank Don and his team enough for getting the people that were terrorising us, out of our basement suite.
Well worth the money spent, and it really was not at all unreasonable in any way.

I can't thanked Don enough for the time he spent on my case. Our hearing was postponed 3 times due to my tenant's disregard of the schedule set for hearing but Don was diligent and prepared my case each time it is scheduled for no additional costs.

If you need any additional advice regarding Tenancy Act he will give you professional advice and his time and lead you to the right direction. He doesn't give advice hastily. Unlike any lawyer you will encounter you are counting the minutes of their time but not with Don.

I am so thankful to have discovered his website and how much help you could get from his company if you're on a budget.

I was literally locked out of my house and threatened daily.
